Core elements of this role include:

  • Deliver appropriate recruitment plans and KPIs based on an understanding of recruitment methods and concepts
  • Developing and executing on appropriate sourcing strategies, paying particular attention to diversity initiatives and creative sourcing techniques.
  • Partner with Account Managers to source and attract the best qualified talent for our clients.
  • Leveraging the firm's recruitment tools, processes and embrace the branding strategy in the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highvolume environment i.e., an average workload of 2025 requisitions
  • The ability to quickly ramp up to full management of a recruitment portfolio.
  • A university degree and related recruitment experience"
