Robotiq, c'est un environnement de travail hors du commun.Notre équipe recherche un.e gestionnaire marketing produit ayant pour défi de recueillir et de traduire la voix du client (Voice of Customer), de communiquer clairement la valeur d'un produit d'une manière qui résonne avec le marché, ainsi que d'assurer la commercialisation et l'adoption du produit.
Ce rôle clé demande une grande autonomie ainsi que des compétences élevées en positionnement et en conception de message commercial et de campagne promotionnelle B2B. Développer, coordonner et exécuter le plan marketing et/ou le plan de lancement, de promotion et de communication pour les produits/solutions Robotiq;
Établir le positionnement et élaborer le message commercial des produits;
Produire, distribuer/publier et promouvoir les outils de support aux ventes: présentations commerciales, photos, brochures, contenu Web, études de cas, vidéos, ebooks, etc.;
Participer à l'élaboration des indicateurs de performance relatifs au volet commercial du produit et en faire le monitoring;
Participer à la création de contenu de certaines communications commerciales internes et externes relatives (Leads newsletter, Partners newsletter, Commercial Weekly, médias sociaux, blog Robotiq, courriels marketing, etc);
Supporter et collaborer étroitement avec les chefs de produits sur différents éléments relatifs au marketing de produit (formation des ventes, roadmap produits, validation commerciale, etc).
Supporter l'équipe marketing sur différents projets et responsabilités connexes au rôle.
Diplôme universitaire en marketing, administration, consommation, ou tout autre domaine pertinent;
Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente aux responsabilités du poste, et en commerce B2B à l'international;
Maîtrise avancée du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
Capacité à prendre des initiatives sur la base de son analyse et à établir des priorités dans les activités;
Horaires de travail flexibles, autant pour les congés et la gestion du temps, pour un véritable équilibre travail/vie personnelle;
