Job Description:

Sodexo is growing We are looking for a
Sodexo Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This position is a
full-time postion


As a member of our Food and Beverage team, you will always provide the highest quality of customer service, while working for Sodexo.

The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position.


Accountabilities/Responsibilities ( includes but is not limited to):

  • Serves as a lead supervisory position in guiding and assisting in the training of less experienced Starbucks team members.
  • Assist with preparing and serving all menu items according to Starbucks Standards and operating procedures according to Starbucks standards.
  • Comfortable rectifying customer complaints, problem solving and decision making in the absence of a manager.
  • Comfortable assisting staff with problems in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Will have oversight of staff and assignment of tasks.
  • Direct and assign duties to staff on an as need basis including assigning opening, closing and side duties
  • Ensuring that all stations are clean, well stocked and maintained.
  • Maintains cleanliness throughout shift.
  • Completes periodic inventory and orders supplies as needed
  • Ensure correct ordering procedures
  • Follows all breakage and spillage procedures.
  • Completes Audits of all F&B areas.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of equipment use and ensuring constant maintenance and upkeep of items.
- .Completes the end of day reporting


Qualifications:


What you need for this role:

  • Minimum 2-year supervisory experience in a fast food quick serve industry
  • Must have Starbucks experience
  • Must have knowledge on how to operate and program a point of sales (POS) preferably Micros.
  • Experience directing staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; prioritize, organize and followup; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest's service needs; work cohesively with coworkers as part of a team; work with mínimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent data.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

  • Food Safe Level 1 and WHIMIS certification up to date an asset
