Description
Duties:
- Assistant the Sales & Account Managers to support our customers & clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Data entry for reporting & tracking to measure campaign & sales performance
- Work with the Sales & Account Managers to identify and create sales opportunities opportunities to maximize account growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Prepare and deliver forms, documents, reports & presentations to present to clients & customers
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or account management roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- Ability to analyze market data and identify business development opportunities
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for contracts and pricing agreements
- Leadership qualities to effectively manage client relationships and drive account growth
Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nanaimo, BC V9S 5T7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
Experience:
- B2B sales: 3 years (preferred)
