Alpa Pre-Engineered Panel Systems is seeking General Labourers to join our team in Bowmanville location on the day shift or night shift.

Not only will you be given an opportunity to help bring local infrastructure projects to life; but you will also have a chance to collaborate with an amazing team and continuously learn


Day Shift:

Operates on a 5-day (9 hrs/day Monday to Thursday - 8 hours on Fridays) schedule of 44 hours per week.

Regular start time for this shift is 6:00am, concluding at 3:15 pm Monday to Thursday paid to 3:30 pm (6:00 am to 2:30 pm on Fridays).


Night shift schedule:
operates on a 4-day (11 hrs/day Monday to Thursday) schedule of 44 hours per week. Start time for this shift is 4:00pm, concluding at 3:00 am Monday to Thursday paid to 3:00am.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Fabrication of wall or floor panel components using the provided tools and equipment;
  • Accuracy and quality of workmanship;
  • Work in a safe manner in accordance to our health & safety policies.

The Skills and Knowledge You Bring:

  • Punctual, good attitude, and a willingness to learn;
  • No experience required; willing to train the right applicant;
  • Knowledge of safety procedures;
  • Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions;
  • Knowledge of and ability to use a variety hand and power tools.
