About Univair Aviation

Univair Aviation is a boutique aircraft management and charter company specializing in turboprop and light jet operations. We help aircraft owners and private clients access premium private aviation services with a human, flexible approach.

We are growing and looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to scale our private flight brokerage, charter sales, and block-hour programs.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across three main pillars:

  • Business Development
  • Sales through email funnels and online marketplaces
  • Private flight brokerage (charter and private flight sales)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities (private flyers, corporate clients, aircraft owners)
  • Manage and convert leads coming from:
  • Email funnels and inbound marketing
  • Online aviation marketplaces
  • Website inquiries and partnerships
  • Actively prospect new clients (outbound sales and relationship building)
  • Manage sales pipeline (CRM, follow-ups, conversion tracking)
  • Close private flight, charter, and block-hour agreements
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients booking private flights
  • Work closely with operations and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Strong sales and business development mindset
  • Comfortable selling high-value services (B2B, aviation, luxury, or professional services are strong assets)
  • Experience with lead funnels and inbound sales
  • Experience with online marketplaces and digital platforms
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Autonomous, proactive, and performance-driven
  • Interest in aviation (experience in aviation is a strong asset, but not mandatory)

Votre mission

Vous serez responsable de la croissance des revenus à travers trois axes principaux :

  • Développement des affaires
  • Ventes via entonnoirs courriel et plateformes en ligne (marketplaces)
  • Courtage de vols privés (ventes de vols privés et charter)

Responsabilités

  • Développer de nouveaux comptes clients (clients privés, corporatifs, utilisateurs de vols nolisés)
  • Gérer et convertir les leads provenant de :
  • Campagnes courriel (email funnels)
  • Plateformes de vente et marketplaces aéronautiques
  • Site web et partenariats
  • Effectuer de la prospection active (développement de relations, appels, suivis)
  • Gérer le pipeline de ventes (CRM, relances, taux de conversion)
  • Conclure des ventes de vols privés, de charter et de blocs d'heures
  • Agir comme conseiller de confiance pour les clients réservant des vols privés
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe des opérations afin d'assurer une prise en charge fluide des nouveaux clients

Profil recherché

  • Solides compétences en vente et développement des affaires
  • À l'aise avec la vente de services à valeur élevée (B2B, aviation, services professionnels ou luxe sont des atouts)
  • Expérience avec entonnoirs de vente et leads entrants
  • Expérience avec plateformes en ligne et marketplaces
  • Expérience avec outils CRM
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication et de négociation
  • Autonomie, proactivité et orientation résultats
  • Intérêt pour l'aviation (expérience en aviation est un atout, mais non obligatoire)
