Maritime Business College is actively hiring an Administrative Assistant to work at our Campus in Lower Sackville. The demands placed on the position require that the employee be very friendly, confident, and organized with a keen eye for detail.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Campus Administrator and Compliance Manager for daily campus operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum college diploma from a business-related program.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a related occupation.
1-2 years of proven success in customer service is required.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to working with others and sharing information.
- Ability to effectively both on an independent basis and as a member of a team.
- Has a keen eye for detail.
Hours of Work: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 4:00pm on Friday
Start Date:
The scheduled start for this opportunity is immediate.
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months
Salary:
$600.00-$625.00 per week
