+Job summary: We are seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic team.+ + Position Responsibilities: Advise clients on all aspects of estate planning, including wills,trusts,powers of attorney advance directives medical powers of attorneys tax strategies Draft review revise estate planning documents tailored to individual client needs Conduct client consultations to assess goals assets family dynamics providing clear guidance recommendations Manage complex estates including those involving business interests charitable giving multi generational planning Collaborate with financial advisors accountants other professionals create integrated estate plans Stay current federal state laws impacting estate planning probate tax matters Represent clients in probate court administration trusts estates needed Foster trust rapport with clients through clear communication confidentiality responsive service Qualifications Juris Doctor JD degree from an accredited law school Active license practice law relevant state willingness waive jurisdictions meet client needs At least five years dedicated experience in estate planning direct client interaction Demonstrated expertise drafting implementing estate planning documents Strong understanding estate gift generation skipping transfer tax laws Excellent communication negotiation problem solving skills Ability handle sensitive matters discretion empathy Proficiency legal research practice management software Preferred Skills Experience high net worth clients complex estate structures Background probate litigation trust administration Ability deliver presentations educational seminars community groups Experience working accountants planners provide coordinated solutions forclients
