Description

Human resources technician:
Full-Time

Number of hours per week : between 40 and 40


Shift :
Day, Evening


Availability :
Anytime

The person will work in collaboration with and support managers in the management of the following key files

  • Carry out the full recruitment cycle (posting, CV screening, telephone and inperson interviews, reference checks, etc.);
  • Coordinate the onboarding and integration process;
  • Be the first point of contact for employees for all matters related to group insurance and other benefits;
  • Ensure the administrative management of employee training and coordinate training activities;
  • Support management and do the administrative followup for absences, disabilities, preventive withdrawals or work accidents;
  • Support management in the management of employees;
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements:


  • You have a college diploma in human resources/administration;
  • You have a minimum of
    2 years of relevant experience;:
  • You have experience in recruiting personnel;
  • You are a good communicator and team player;
  • You are organized, autonomous, methodical and able to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Experience in the food industry is an asset.
