***We are looking for a Project Manager to help us manage Indoor Wireless Solutions. You will be responsible for our success with Distributed Antenna System, Wi-Fi and Two-way radio projects.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
  • Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
  • Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables
  • Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period
  • Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Identify new sales opportunities and help Business Development team promote new sales

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management Duties (as above) - 75%.
  • Sales Support - 15%
  • Management meetings - 10%

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Professional, technical or administrative knowledge required to accomplish the job duties and responsibilities.

  • University degree with focus on electronics/RF engineering is preferred
  • Project management of business analysis experience. PMP is strongly preferred
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience managing people or a team
  • Experience reporting to management

SPECIAL SKILLS/TRAINING/LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS
Any special skills, training, licenses or certifications needed to perform the job duties


Examples:

other languages, special math or writing skills, experience with specific tools, equipment, computer hardware or software, knowledge of special terminology.


  • A bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, B. Sc. or similar is strongly preferred
  • Excellent customer interface skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork focus
  • Innovative and open minded to new techniques and technologies
  • Attitude focused on team success and improving the customer experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
  • Experience as a construction project manager, IT project manager
  • Able to complete projects in a timely manner
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel
