    *Report to*: Admin Team Lead & Deputy Head, Commercial Banking Department

    *Indirect report to : *Eastern Regional Head, Commercial Banking Department
    *Employment Type :* 6-month contract/Full-time permanent

    *Job Description
    • Provide office administrative support to Senior Loan Officer/Team Head/CMD Managers.
    • Assist Business Managers/Account Officers with loan administrative tasks and reporting.
    • Process loan drawdowns, extensions, renewals, repayments, and discharges in related systems.
    • Implement and monitor a follow-up/tracking system for credit proposals and loan documents.
    • Prepare/check entries and input documents.
    • Process term renewal applications, discharges, and credit limit extensions.
    • Prepare loan and securities documentation, offer letters, CRA renewals, and legal documents.
    • Obtain credit searches and registrations from various offices.
    • Open and maintain loan files and imaging systems.
    • Perform clerical duties such as drafting memos, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems.
    • Receive visitors, answer phone calls, and handle other specific assignments.
    • Adhere to regulatory control standards and manage risks associated with client relationships.
    • Perform other administrative/supportive functions as assigned by Regional Head of Eastern Canada, and Deputy Head of Commercial Banking Dept.
    *Qualification*:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other related fields
    • Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience, preferably in banking and financial institutions.
    • Knowledge of Commercial & Retail loan products and the Bank's Credit Manual/Handbook, accounting & general lending concept, as well as all other guidelines and procedures.
    • Strong ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
    • High initiative and ability to work under pressure.
    • Proficiency in computer software, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
    • Attention to detail, trustworthiness, and respectfulness.
    • Capable of working under pressure, even outside of regular banking hours, to meet deadlines and effectively handle challenging situations

    Job Types:
