To support our growth, MCI Onehealth Technology has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist.


The Digital Marketing Specialist will play an important role in day-to-day operations at MCI, supporting strategic internal and external communications initiatives, including public-facing, physician and employee communications that promote services provided by MCI The Doctor's Office clinics at brand-level and in support of individual clinics.

You are someone that is creatively driven and possesses a passion for marketing


Your main responsibilities include:

  • Lead on website contentmanagement and optimization using tools such as Google Analytics, including maintenance of current website on WordPress
  • Lead on management of paid digital campaigns for search/display on Google, Bing and social media platforms
  • Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) including developing monthly content calendars and working with Marketing and Communications team members to craft compelling social media posts
  • Assist in creative and technical production and fulfillment of print and digital materials
  • Assist with management of vendors (e.g., printers) for the fulfillment of marketing collateral needs
  • Work with marketing team to discuss strategy, campaign planning/results, reports and analyze against metrics
Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years experience with the following:
  • Design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite / Canva
  • Content management systems, particularly Wordpress
  • Social media management
  • Intermediate IT & technical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Willing / Eager to Learn with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Strong organization skills; ability to multitask
  • Detailoriented and accuracy a must
  • Strong communication skills

Additional Plus:

  • Graphic design
  • Genuine interest in Healthcare and related issues
  • Content writing experience
