We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Service Manager


Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Oversee and manage service department
• Forecast and achieve monthly department targets and report to group Fixed Ops Manager
• Ensure maximum profitability and efficiency in the service department
• Interview, hire, train and provide effective leadership
• Ensure dealer is compliant to manufacturer standards and regulatory bodies
• Appropriately and efficiently handle all customer issues or complaints
• Achieve higher than region CSI/SSI
• Maintain a safe and positive work environment and adhere to all safety standards

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Selfdriven, motivated
• Experience with CDK an asset
• Trustworthy, reliable
• Valid driver's license
• Automotive service knowledge and experience required (minimum 2 years)

Salary:
$70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
