AP Dynamics is seeking a self-motivated Project Controller to join our team in Calgary, AB. The Project Controller will assist the Project Managers.As the Project Controller you will play a crucial role in the following:
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers as needed, providing support and coordination.
- Responsible for the set up and maintenance of projects.
- Facilitate document transmittal through client systems.
- Review project budgets and schedules with project managers.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports for management weekly.
- Perform project support functions covering planning, tracking, project documentation, reporting, internal communication.
- Coordinate reporting and assist in accurate cost tracking.
- Attend project management meetings, providing updates and insights.
- Offer technical assistance, analysis, and documentation support to the team.
- Assist in project closeout requirements.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, maintaining strong customer relationships and overseeing collections.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Train and support staff on our Project Management Software
- Participate in the AP Dynamics Health and Safety Program according to the level of responsibility.
- Participate in the AP Dynamics Quality Management System according to the level of responsibility.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent education.
- 3 years of experience in Project Administration.
- Strong proficiency with Document Control
- Accounting clerk experience.
- Experience with Enverus, OpenInvoice and other similar software platforms is an asset
- Proficiency with QuickBooks is considered an asset
- Experience with ERP or timetracking software (Unanet)
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet a variety of deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Selfmotivated and strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
Pay:
$50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
