Chow Tai Fook Fairview Mall is looking for an Assistant Manager.
Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service
- Build strong sales and service relationships with guests in all aspect of store operations
- Create a learning environment to coach and develop our Retail Team Members
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, company information, launches and campaigns ensure all information is cascaded to the team
Skills:
- Sales management experience to drive sales and meet targets
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Proven experience in store management, including staff supervision and performance evaluation
- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work as team and within a fastpaced environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years+ Manager experiences (preferably in the jewelry industry)
- Passion in Jewelry industry
- Customer management skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in Cantonese, Mandarin (preferred)
- Flexible availability required (weekday, weekend)
As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining excellent customer service, and managing daily operations.
