Chow Tai Fook Fairview Mall is looking for an Assistant Manager.

Duties:


  • Assist the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
  • Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Build strong sales and service relationships with guests in all aspect of store operations
  • Create a learning environment to coach and develop our Retail Team Members
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, company information, launches and campaigns ensure all information is cascaded to the team

Skills:


  • Sales management experience to drive sales and meet targets
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Proven experience in store management, including staff supervision and performance evaluation
  • Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work as team and within a fastpaced environment

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years+ Manager experiences (preferably in the jewelry industry)
  • Passion in Jewelry industry
  • Customer management skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in Cantonese, Mandarin (preferred)
  • Flexible availability required (weekday, weekend)


As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining excellent customer service, and managing daily operations.

Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage as it allows us to better serve our diverse customer base.
