In-Home Speech Therapy is a growing private practice servicing clients in the community throughout the GTA since 2009 We are looking for an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our close team.
We see a wide range of children and adults with speech and language difficulties including: language delays, articulation and motor speech difficulties, fluency, developmental delays and AAC.
This position consists of 2 avenues:
- Working with clients and their families in their homes, daycares or the community in the North York Region area including Thornhill, Richmond Hill and surrounding areas.
- Working with our team of CDAs and Recreational Therapists to supporting adults with developmental disabilities, their AAC devices and their staff in a day program and residential settings. Training can be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Provide consultations, assessment and treatment to clients in their homes, day program or daycares
- Work collaboratively with Communicative Disorders Assistants and Recreational Therapists
- Potential to assist in the supervision of Communicative Disorders Assistants
- Maintain records in keeping with CASLPO standards
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and families
- Work in collaboration with other Speech-Language Pathologists and Communicative Disorders Assistants.
Job Requirements
:
Completion of a Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Registration with CASLPO:
- Experience with play based therapies and parent training (Hanen training is ideal)
- Experience with fluency and voice disorders an asset
- Experience with AAC an asset
- After school and evening availability an asset
- Saturday and/or Sunday availability an asset
- Access to a reliable vehicle and willing to travel
Part-time or Full-time, build your own caseload
Salary:
$65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
