Department Overview
The National Office Specialized Home Financing team is accountable for the development and execution of the MMS and Broker Channel strategies, delivering business performance insights to drive growth and increase productivity as well as the creation and the implementation of policies, processes, and capabilities supporting our MMS and Broker Channels.
Working closely with One TD partners, RESUL, and the Channels leadership team, supporting 1A channel governance, conduct risk, channel engagement programs (R&R, rallies, conferences), and the management of the Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistants.

Reporting to a Team Manager within the National Office Specialized Home Financing team under a newly formed team (Credit Application Review Team), a
Credit Application Analyst will provide support to our Sales Channel and Credit Centre in all areas of document compliance and administration.
A typical day at work will look like:
- Providing operational support to the Sales Channel and Credit Underwriting function including submission quality and document compliance with a Customer Centric mindset.
- Support partners by reviewing / updating / and analyzing all credit documentation for accuracy and adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:
- Have mortgage/credit lending experience is preferred
- Have superior computer/technology skills
- Have superior proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Be able to work independently, multitasking in a fastpaced environment
- Demonstrate excellent judgement, time management skills, and be able to meet/exceed timelines and SLA expectations from a customer as well as a business partner perspective
- Demonstrate highlevel accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be willing work variable hours
Experience and Education:
- High School diploma / Undergraduate degree and/or
- 1+ years relevant experience
