    The Proposal Coordinator/Marketing Manager will be integral in shaping sales strategies and marketing efforts, requiring experience in architecture or engineering, with proficiency in proposal management, client communication, brand development, and utilization of sales tracking software.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage detailed proposals, aligning with client requirements and deadlines.
    • Lead targeted email marketing campaigns to engage clients and generate leads.
    • Utilize sales tracking software to maintain accurate and confidential records of sales activities, client information, and project details.
    • Analyze sales data to inform strategic decision-making and report on market trends, sales performance, and opportunities for growth.
    • Implement and oversee brand development strategies, increasing our visibility and influence in the engineering sector.
    • Attend industry events in Toronto fostering relationships and enhancing our industry presence.

    Must Haves:

    • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Proven experience in a similar role within the architecture or adjacent industry.
    • Strong proficiency in sales tracking software and CRM systems for maintaining accurate client records.
    • Demonstrated ability in managing email marketing campaigns and updating website content.
