Vous vous demandez ce que vous allez faire?

Révisez quotidiennement le calendrier de chargement des usines avec votre superviseur afin de bien comprendre les cibles de production.
Examinez l'échantillon de production approuvé et les spécifications avec votre superviseur avant de commencer la production pour chaque ordre d'achat publié.
Prendre en charge la fourniture de travail pour chaque ministère. Communiquez avec le superviseur à l'avance si les opérateurs seront à court de travail afin que le superviseur puissese préparer pour les changements si nécessaire. Distribuez le travail de façon équitable à tous les opérateurs.
Gardez le département propre et organisé en termes de paquets et de produits.
Responsable de reprendre ou de remplacer les panneaux ou les vêtements, et de les remettre en production dès que possible afin de rattraper le reste de la commande.
Gardez la section organisée en nettoyant les cônes de fil chaque jour et en les stockant sur l'étagère jusqu'à ce quela commandesoit terminéedans le département.

Voici ce que nous cherchons

Expérience dans l'industrie du vêtement;Rigueur au travail;
Sens de l'organisation, souci dudétail et sens de l'initiative;
Forte connaissance dans la confection du vêtement;
Compréhension de l'Anglais et du Français.

Qualifications:

Wondering what you'd be doing?

Review factory loading schedule daily with your supervisor to gain clear understanding of production targets.
Review the approved production sample and specifications with your supervisor before beginning production for each released purchase order.
Take ownership in supplying work for respective department. Communicate with supervisor in advance if operators will be running out of work so the supervisor can prepare for changes if needed. Distribute work fairly to all the operators.
Keep department clean and organized in terms of bundles and product.
Responsible for taking panels or garments to be recut/replaced, and put back into production as soon as possible in order to catch up with the rest of the order.
Keep section organized by cleaning upthread cones daily and storing on the shelf until the order is complete in the department. Here's what we are looking for...
Experience in Manufacturing and Apparel industry considered an asset;
Attention to details;
Good understanding of numbers and measurements;
A good command of the English language and comprehension;
