The Manager will play the key role in the operation of our restaurant.The Restaurant Assistant Manager has the overall responsibility for:
- Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
- Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including: product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability
- Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
- Other duties as required or assigned
- Restaurant work experience in a supervisory position or related education and work experiences
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Experience in team building and training
- Excellent communication skills
- Open / flexible work availability
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
- Outstanding guest courtesy skills
Willing to relocate to Mississauga, ON
Salary:
$15.50-$19.00 per hour
