Description
The Manager will play the key role in the operation of our restaurant.

The Restaurant Assistant Manager has the overall responsibility for:


  • Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including: product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability
  • Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
  • Other duties as required or assigned
  • Restaurant work experience in a supervisory position or related education and work experiences
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in team building and training
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Open / flexible work availability
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • Outstanding guest courtesy skills

Willing to relocate to Mississauga, ON

Salary:
$15.50-$19.00 per hour
