Description
The Yachimec Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for a
Service Advisor position.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive service advisor, and you will be responsible for scheduling and documenting customer repair and maintenance services.


Responsibilities:


  • Record information and create estimates
  • Schedule repairs with technicians
  • Enter and update service information for work order
  • Provide excellent communication with customers and technicians
  • Inform customers of any future maintenance service

Qualifications:


  • Experience with CDK
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organization and scheduling skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Previous experience in automotive service is required
