Service Advisor - Edmonton, Canada - Yachimec Group
Description
The Yachimec Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for aService Advisor position.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive service advisor, and you will be responsible for scheduling and documenting customer repair and maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
- Record information and create estimates
- Schedule repairs with technicians
- Enter and update service information for work order
- Provide excellent communication with customers and technicians
- Inform customers of any future maintenance service
Qualifications:
- Experience with CDK
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organization and scheduling skills
- Computer literacy
- Previous experience in automotive service is required
