Job description


The Administrative Assistant will prepare correspondence, invoices, presentations, and reports for the Company as well as coordinate the flow of information internally.

The employee will schedule and confirm appointments and meetings. As such, the Administrative Assistant will record and prepare minutes of meetings. Furthermore, the Administrative Assistant will be tasked to answer telephone and electronic inquiries and arrange travel schedules.

To support the Company's research activities on dental facilities and equipment, the employee may be tasked to compile data, statistics, and other information.

The Administrative Assistant may be asked to perform other duties as requested by the Executive Director and Management Consulting Service Manager.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$17.00 per hour
