Description
This position requires provision in functional areas such as occupational health testing and training, workers compensation, workplace prevention, case management, treatment and return to work programs.
The Health Centre Manager maintains a leading role in the development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of occupational health and medical policies, procedures, and programs.
Haztech will provide training and certifications for occupational health testing if required.SPECIFIC ACCOUNTIBILITIES
- Manage a team of medical professionals at Haztech Health Centre
- Performing administrative duties including scheduling, paperwork preparation, and forms submission
- Occupational Health Services
- Maintain occupational health policies, procedures, and programs.
- Client relations and business development
- Ensure personnel have full understanding of their duties.
- Provide occupational health support and training for staff
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Completion of recognized medical degree or diploma
- Licensed LPN in Saskatchewan, and 5 years related experience
- Occupational Health Testing certificates preferred but not required
- Management experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and criminal record clearance
