Description
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse. This includes supervising the receipt, storage and distribution of products and monitoring the accuracy of inventory records. Additionally, the Warehouse Coordinator will ensure that all processes are completed safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other missions may be assigned.
- Coordinate and direct all warehouse operations; organize materials for efficient operations and record keeping.
- Manage inventory control, reconciliation and maintenance. The goal is 100% accuracy.
- Pick and pack all orders for a variety of sub-businesses and brands, ranging from small parts to larger direct-to-consumer products, to bulk shipments, within a specified time frame.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of incoming inventory.
- Coordinate, inspect and process all returns. Recover if possible.
- Process outbound shipments using Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, etc.
- Interact/liaise/coordinate activities with our 3PL partners.
- Communicate with other departments regarding shipping details, delivery schedules, etc.
- Work closely with the customer service team to resolve issues.
- Participate in the management and planning of deliveries and pick-ups.
- Ensure strict adherence to all housekeeping and warehouse standards.
- Special projects assigned.

Training and/or experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.

Language skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, use and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Math skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.

Reasoning ability

IT skills

Microsoft Office and WMS experience required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Driving license required.

- Interagir/liaison/coordonner les activités avec nos partenaires 3PL.
- Communiquer avec d'autres départements concernant les détails d'expédition, les calendriers de livraison, etc.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe du service client pour résoudre les problèmes.
- Participer à la gestion et à la planification des livraisons et des ramassages.
- Veiller au strict respect de toutes les normes d'entretien ménager et d'entrepôt.
- Projets spéciaux assignés.

Formation et/ou expérience

Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent préféré. Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en entrepôt de préférence.
