E-Commerce Customer Service Coordinator

We are currently seeking applicants for a
Customer Service Coordinator on our E-Commerce team, located at our Head Office in Saint John, NB.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with selection and purchase of products and services and verifies billing amount, considering available discounts, special pricing and shipping costs.
  • Receive and process customer's orders, returns and exchanges & communicates with retail Kent store representatives on issues when needed.
  • Escalate complex customer inquiries to higher level Customer Service Representatives.
  • Maintains records of all contacts and results. Ensures account information and recorded data is accurate.
  • Assists with development and coordination of daily workforce plans (scheduling) to maximize customer service and employee efficiency with other light reporting/analytics duties

  • Assists with additional duties as required.

Qualifications:


  • Completion of High school diploma/GED; postsecondary education would be considered an asset
  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills to determine customer needs and a best course of action
  • Proven problemsolving skills, and the ability to adapt, prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • The ability to adapt, prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Microsoft office proficiency, and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Capable of working independently, as well as part of a team
  • Previous E-Commerce experience would be considered an asset
