RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Follow up on major failures and conduct root cause analysis
  • Support daytoday rotating equipment and all production calls
  • Supervise, review, schedule, and close out overhauls and services work orders
  • Work with Operations to mitigate production losses
  • Attend design reviews with Facilities that includes rotating equipment
  • Audit work & safety practices in the field and manage appropriate documentation
  • Complete oil sample analysis reviews and recommendations
  • Work with Regulatory group on emissions testing, compliance, and fugitive emissions repairs related to rotating equipment
  • Sign off on daily tickets and ensure cost tracking is updated
  • Complete critical spare reviews on equipment and inventory management
  • Assist team with turnaround planning and execution

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • A minimum of 4 years of rotating equipment maintenance experience in the oil & gas industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills and works well in a team environment
  • Good understanding of all aspects of oil and gas field operations and a Journeyman certification is a definite asset
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication skills including presenting and training abilities
  • Positive attitude, team player and good prioritizing and organizational skills
  • Valid class 5 driver's license required
Shift Schedule - 8-hour shifts with a 5 & 2 schedule. This is an hourly position working 80 hours per pay period and is overtime eligible.
