_LAW FIRM RECEPTIONIST_

Friendly and Bubbly Receptionist with customer service experience is needed for a busy Law Firm in Maple Ridge.

Our firm has 5 lawyers who practice in Family Law, Wills and Estates, and Conveyance. This position is fast paced and high pressure.

Although this is a busy position, there is plenty of support from staff during training and while you are learning and getting used to our environment.

Experience managing a busy phone line and experience in an office is an asset. Experience in a legal or professional environment is preferred.

We are looking for an individual who is friendly and outgoing; organized; willing to learn; a quick learner; able to multitask; manage stress; work under pressure; able work independently and collaboratively; has exposure/experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook; experience with PC Law is an asset.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
From $18.00 per hour
