- Serve as a central point of contact between creative project management production and account teams. ,
- Follow up when additional details/information is required. ,
- Coordinate daily workflow for the creative studio ensuring tasks are assigned tracked and delivered on schedule. ,
- Support intake of new creative requests help prioritize workload with creative leadership ensure files assets and documentation are organized accessible across teams assist designers with gathering reference materials brand assets project information contribute to small design tasks under the guidance of senior designers help prepare presentation decks visual materials client‑ready deliverables capture meeting notes action items follow‑ups to keep teams aligned.
