Lake Ridge Community Support Services (LRCSS) provides high-quality treatment, education and evaluation research services that facilitate the participation and growth of individuals with a diagnosis of Intellectual Disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder within their community.
Responsibilities
- Leads the clinical process by developing, implementing, and overseeing evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans
- Ensures program integrity by conducting necessary data analysis (e.g., observation, monitoring), training staff and caregivers, writing formal clinical reports, and coordinating care with all stakeholders
