P.H. Ross & Associates is a professional property management company that is seeking a Maintenance individual to join our team.

We manage several residential rental units that require maintenance items to be completed.


The individual will:
- have minimum two years experience in maintenance
- will be required to complete a Criminal Check
- have their own tools (such as ladder, screw driver, hammer, and other common items required)
- have a vehicle/preferably a 4X4 or other vehicle to carry materials that are needed
- be able to lift/carry heavy objects


The work entails:
- basic plumbing, electrical, patching & painting, drywalling, floor installation (vinyl, laminate, carpet or other), and any other basic residential repairs that are needed

The job hours:
Will fluctuate based on needed repairs. Work orders will be provided.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour

• Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)
