What are your contributions to the team?:

Participates in the implementation of a preventive culture by empowering customers (managers, etc.).
Participates in the development of solutions leading to the reduction of risks associated with production activities.
Advises, supports and coach internal customers (production, union, services).
Participate in the development and deployment of OHS programs and tools.
Conduct onsite qualitative and quantitative OHS risk analyses.
Carry out trend analysis of OHS data and identify areas for improvement.
Is competent and possesses the skills to conduct sector OHS audits / inspections with stakeholders.
Acts as a technical specialist, mentoring and sharing knowledge with customers in areas of expertise such as: ergonomics, machine safety, industrial hygiene, environment.
Maintains relationships with internal and external collaborators based on trust and respect (customers, trade unions).

How to thrive in this role?:

You have a DEC, Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to Health and Safety.
You have at least 5 years' experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
You have strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
You have the ability to think strategically, seek original solutions, analyze and solve problems.
You are autonomous, structured and able to coordinate the implementation of several projects simultaneously
You have excellent IT skills
