Manager, Logistics is an opportunity for you

Some of the esponsibilities:

Create plant material and supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed
Identify tools, processes and performance indicators to optimize material flow
Support and collaborate with other managers to determine supply needs of production cells
Analyze monthly inventory report, identify improvement opportunities and implement them
Ensure inventory accuracy, improve cyclical inventory process and healthy stock measurement as well as yearend inventory activities
Supervise, evaluate and coach unionized employees in compliance with the collective agreement
Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity

Requirements:

If you have:

Bachelor's degree in logistics or relevant field with specialization in materials management or supply chain management
Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in material and supply chain management in a manufacturing environment
Solid experience in supply chain management and inventory management
Experience with ERP / MRP systems and their use in a manufacturing environment ideally Infor LN
Experience in warehouse management system implementation
Experience in total quality, Six Sigma, project management
