Job Requirements:

  • Mechanical Assembly:
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to understand assembly requirements.
  • Gather necessary components, parts, and subassemblies required for boiler assembly.
  • Perform mechanical assembly of boiler components, including but not limited to pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, piping systems, and electrical components.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to accurately assemble and fit components.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the assembly process.
  • Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications or vocational training in mechanical assembly or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments used in mechanical assembly.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and their functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
  • Good problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Working Conditions and Hazards:

Normal plant, shop, field or office conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features. Negligible or no exposure.


Hours of Work:

Full Time, Second shift Monday-Thursday 4:00p.m.

2:00a.m. with possible overtime.

  • 2 year(s): Minimum 2 years work experience in a manufacturing environment. Mechanical, Piping and Electrical experience necessary.
