Description

The Project Coordinator, working with the Project Manager, assists with the administrative planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific project to be completed on time and within budget and scope.

Duties and responsibilities

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the following:

Coordinate a variety of account services with Project Manager.
Assist in resolving client issues; assess and document results to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with current clients. Collaborate with customer contacts to define needs and provide solutions. Assist in managing all client expectations.
Identify and target new business sales opportunities from existing clients. Promote new products and service to accounts.
Communicate with multiple parties, which may include, cities/municipalities, subcontractors, vendors, procurement, scheduling, design, etc., to meet targets and keep projects on track.
Provide input and assistance in sales and marketing presentations.
Manage the data tracker to ensure it is up to date with the most current accurate information.
Keep up to date on product and industry knowledge, manufacturing and installation of the various products.
Assist with the collection of Accounts Receivables as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

1 year experience planning and/or management. Sign industry experience would be an asset.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to build positive relationships quickly.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
