Your role is to make sure every guest experience is amazing Our kitchen team grills, fries, sautees and prepares all of our menu items to exact quality standards.

The line cook also ensures that all items in an order are completed at the same time while practicing proper food-handling procedures.

Our prep cooks take our high quality meats and fresh produce and food products and following recipes to prepare the great tasting meals we are known for.

• Be able to prepare food to specification
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in a timely fashion
• Stock, set up and clean stations throughout their shift
• Follow Health and Safety Guidelines
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

• Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

• Recording food temperature
• Preparing reports

• French not required

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

• Whitby, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
