Description
We are seeking a Clinic Administrative Assistant/Patient Experience Coordinator in a busy high-end multi-disciplinary practice.Position Duties Include:
- Empathy and caring for our clients is a must
- Ability to answer multiline telephones
- Booking initial assessments and followup visits
- Followup telephone calls
- A competent knowledge of the services that are provided in the clinic and the ability to explain them to potential patients
- Accepting multiple methods of payment via merchant terminal
- Able to maintain patient and clinic confidentiality
- Knowledge in dealing with Motor Vehicle claims would be an asset
- Experience with booking and billings software would be an asset
- Strong computer skills (knowledge of Clinicmaster and Quickbooks an asset)
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written communication skills)
- Demonstrates an enthusiastic, friendly, patient and warm demeanor

- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Experience with direct billing insurance using TELUS, Green Shield and Blue Cross would be an asset.

Salary:
$17.50-$20.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist/customer service: 1 year (preferred)
