We are seeking a Clinic Administrative Assistant/Patient Experience Coordinator in a busy high-end multi-disciplinary practice.


Position Duties Include:

• Empathy and caring for our clients is a must
• Ability to answer multiline telephones
• Booking initial assessments and followup visits
• Followup telephone calls
• A competent knowledge of the services that are provided in the clinic and the ability to explain them to potential patients
• Accepting multiple methods of payment via merchant terminal
• Able to maintain patient and clinic confidentiality
• Knowledge in dealing with Motor Vehicle claims would be an asset
• Experience with booking and billings software would be an asset
• Strong computer skills (knowledge of Clinicmaster and Quickbooks an asset)

$17.50-$20.00 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist/customer service: 1 year (preferred)
