Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Qualify and find new leads that match our customer personas using lead generating software.
  • Create customer lists and organize them based on customer attributes.
  • Import leads into our CRM and enroll them into our sales and marketing lead nurturing system.
  • Monitor leads in our system to ensure they continue to follow our development path.
  • Contact leads by phone to evaluate interest level and lead qualification.
  • Book appointments to arrange meetings between interested leads and the matching product specialist on our team.
  • Research companies and customers to identify a potential fit for our product.

What we're looking for:


  • Experience in a sales role/environment
  • Post-Secondary Education and a technical or business background is a plus
  • Agriculture/Construction/mining equipment market knowledge and/or practical experience with equipment
  • Knowledge of agriculture or construction industries is a big plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with proven analytical aptitude, attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Selfmotivated, independent and a team player with strong initiative and mindset for continuous improvement
  • Computer and systems literate with high proficiencies with Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to learn, grow and develop your skillset

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who wants to be part of a fast growing young company and take pleasure in seeing how their contributions directly benefit growth.

The successful individual will have a strong grasp of current sales tactics and a history of closing sales.


Salary:
$35,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
