Duties:

This Inventory may be used to staff vacancies in the following positions:
Passport Officer (PO)
As a Passport Officer, you will be assisting and responding to citizens' in

Citizen Services Officer (CSO)

Working with the public in your community, Citizen Services Officers are the face of government, responding to citizens' eService or in-person enquiries in our Service Canada Centres.

The position serves as the primary gateway for enabling in-person client access to government services, entitlements and benefits and facilitates first point of contact resolution.

In this role, you could be assisting citizens with a wide range of programs and services, helping them to become self-reliant in accessing our online services or assisting them with pension or passport documents.

Payment Services Officer (PSO) & Program Services Officer (PSO)
Working in teams you will play a critical role directly supporting some of Canada's most vulnerable citizens.

In this role, you could be speaking to clients by phone to help them understand program-specific legislation, procedures and processes required to receive services and/or benefits administered by the Department.

You will also be responsible for maintaining client files using various computer systems.

This work has a direct impact in supporting client's ability to support themselves and their families through accessing Pensions, Employment Insurance and other benefits.

Integrity Services Officer (ISO)


Work environment:

Many of the available positions are public facing; however, telework/working remotely may be available.

Work involves dealing with high volumes of clients in a busy environment.
