Primary Purpose

Specific Responsibilities

  • Use web analytics and sales data to maximize sales conversion and optimize the user experience
  • Assist with other daytoday marketing activities as needed

Position Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary education in marketing (preferably with a digital focus)
  • Minimum of 1 year ecommerce experience
  • Knowledge of segmentation and persona development
  • Experience with design programs, such as InDesign and Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot, HubSpot, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Asana or Trello) an asset
  • Written and oral communication, attention to detail, and project management skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, risk analysis, problemsolving, customerservice, and organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge and solid understanding of GDPR and CASL legislation
