Job description
Real Estate Investment company looking for an Executive Assistant. You would be employee #2 in the organization and will be integral to the future success of the organization.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
~ Retrieving, organizing and sending mail; both physical and electronic.
~ Brand name recognition promotion, client gifts and touchpoints for special occasions.
~ Copywriting
~ Posting social media advertisements and content. Creating Social Media presence.
~ Creating necessary forms, checklists and standards / procedures with guidance.
~ Generating various reports related to the business.
~ Creating and posting blog entries.
~ Studying and researching online marketing strategies.
~ Corresponding with buyers, sellers, and real estate industry professionals and services.
~ Contact and organize contractors.
~ Update the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
~ Answer phones and respond to inquiries.
~ Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments.
~ Meeting on a weekly / daily basis initially.


This is a chance for you to learn about the real estate industry and hopefully get you a position of high importance and management.

No previous experience necessary as I'm more than willing to train the right person.

The position may require working the off evening and weekend for compensation / additional time off. $34,000.00-$42,550.00 per year
