TEAM-1 ACADEMY IS HIRING A CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST

We are making things happen for the clients in high-reaching industries and we are adding a Client Services Specialist to our team to help coordinate accounting duties associated with our Canadian operation.

We work with clients globally and create the stability needed to exceed our customer's expectations, provide unmatched customer service, prompt delivery, and strive for continued innovation.

This role is not your typical warehouse position including helping clients as they come in.

It's a chance to be part of an exciting new branch within our established company and contribute directly to its growth and development.

This role will also support the team by working in our warehouse.


You'll be at the forefront of our branch expansion, providing outstanding service to our customers while also playing a pivotal role in our warehouse operations.

This dynamic position offers a unique blend of customer interaction, warehouse management, and, most importantly, professional growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company's CRM system.
  • Receive, ship, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments of products and supplies.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and labeling.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:


  • Proven experience in customer service with experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong communication & problem solving skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively leveraging strong attention to detail, managing time efficiently, and meeting deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, stand, bend, and operate warehouse equipment.
