About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about customer service, team development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team to achieve sales and service goals
- Drive sales performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times
- Manage daily operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, and cash handling
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of retail management experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills
