    The role we offer:

    • Integrate the centralized resources assignment process for civil (high/low volume) projects
    • Fulfill projects' resources needs effectively
    • Establish different scenarios considering project milestones and date changes and provide relevant recommendations
    • Predict the potential impact
    • Define scenarios collaboratively with Software Development Leaders, Technical Leaders, and colleagues managing resources assignments
    • Implement and enhance the process continuously
    • Identify software development resources based on availability, competencies, and business requirements
    • Be the primary contact for resources requests from Engineering managers, other organizations, and project managers
    • Offer strategic insights based on upcoming projects' workload

    Our ideal candidate has:
    - A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a College degree with relevant experience
    - Strong planning abilities
    - Quick adaptability to shifting priorities
    - Effective time management skills
    - Autonomy and initiative
    - Excellent communication skills in French and English
    - Decision-making leadership
    - Desire to innovate and improve processes continuously
    - Keen interest in Continuous Improvement initiatives
