Creative Marketing Coordinator - Macdonald Realty

    :2105 W 38th Avenue, Vancouver


This role will be based in Vancouver, working as part of the Creative Marketing team supporting agent requests from 20 offices across the province.

Salary plus a highly competitive benefits plan. This is a hybrid in-office/work-from home role.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:


  • Creative Marketing and Design
  • create professional quality print and digital marketing materials for real estate agents from scratch or using existing templates. These include brochures, flyers, presentation packages, personal branding, and online advertising graphics.

Marketing Team - contribute to the marketing team with content creation - both writing and design work - for corporate brand marketing materials.

Procedures - following established billing, file storage, and department procedures. Position will be responsible for ordering materials and supplies, helping with mailouts including Neighbourhood Mail postage, creating labels and letters, and updating mailing lists. Following and reinforcing Macdonald's Brand Guidelines.

Administration - relief of front desk duties during lunch hour coverage/vacations, as needed.

Customer Service - this role is service oriented. Our goal is to engage and help our agents to succeed by providing quick turnaround and positive interactions.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or related marketing design program
  • Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative suite
  • InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva)
  • Proficient in MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience writing content such as blogs, newsletters and marketing collateral is an asset
  • Video editing skills is an asset
  • Excellent time management, ability to multitask and project prioritization
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Must always demonstrate and maintain a high standard of service and professionalism
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong technical aptitude; ability to absorb information
  • Minimum oneyear office experience in a similar field
