    Description
    Responsibilities :
  • Operate, maintain, and repair stationary engines and mechanical equipment such as boilers, turbines, generators, pumps, compressors, and steam-driven engines.
  • Monitor gauges, meters, and control panels to ensure proper operation of equipment and adjust controls as needed to maintain proper operating parameters.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery, replacing worn or defective parts, and cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and others, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and regulatory compliance to facilitate reporting and ensure accountability.
  • Collaborate with other engineering and maintenance personnel to coordinate work activities, share knowledge, and address operational challenges effectively.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations such as equipment failures, leaks, or power outages to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid 3rd Class Stationary Engineer license or certification issued by relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Proficiency in operating, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment such as boilers, turbines, and pumps, with a strong understanding of related systems and components.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions effectively, utilizing analytical skills and technical knowledge to identify and implement solutions.
