Who we need:
The
Regional Sales Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by defining, delivering, and evaluating highly effective recruitment and sales strategy to raise profile and awareness in key markets, meet ambitious targets, and significantly increase student numbers at Eton College.
What will you do:
In this role, you will:
- Develop dynamic sales strategies focused on developing new recruitment channels and the growth of existing recruitment channels.
- Responsible for supporting the achievement of new intake targets for each term
- Meet and exceed established sales targets and weekly goals
- Listen, recognize, and consider the needs of prospective students in order to provide them with educational solutions.
- Participate in all relevant marketing activities or recruiting events.
- Manage company generated leads and personally developed leads and encourage qualified students to enroll
- Represent the Eton College brand to promote programs to agents and prospective students
- Increase international student enrolment by recruiting international students from diverse regions
- Undergo presentations in the local marketplace to further promote Eton College
- Work with the Admissions and Marketing teams to support optimization of lead nurturing activity and improve conversion rates.
- Manage rand nurture relationships with agents and agencies and proactively undergo agent outreach
- Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis to maximize international student outreach
What you bring:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the post secondary education sector, ideally with experience in a regional location
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to speak multiple languages is preferred
- Superior customer service skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Results and goal oriented
- Selfdiscipline and the ability to work independently or in a team in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent organizational skills, communication skills (written and oral) and attention to detail
- An entrepreneurial attitude towards individual performance
- Strong relationship building skills
- High standards of ethics and integrity, with a commitment to changing lives.
