Job Duties:


  • Administration of injury claims (CNESST / Alberta, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland, and Labrador)
  • Processing of payments CNESST
  • Earnings calculation and reporting
  • Data and Reports management
  • G-SHRMIS data base support for injury reporting
  • Preparation of monthly reports
  • General inquiries, other admin tasks as assigned.
  • HOIR reports
  • Case Management duties, coverage for Specialist

Required Skills:


  • Excellent computer skills, MS Word, Excel
  • Attention to detail.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills, customer service
  • Ability to analyze data and problem solve.
  • Bilingual (French /English)
- verbal and written, required

  • Knowledge of WCB /CNESST policy/ legislation an asset
