ELMER'S FLIGHTING SUPPLY INC. We are a small family business that manufactures and repairs augers for the agricultural and commercial industries. We are seeking a person that would join our inside sales team.

Responsibilities and skills required would include but not limited to the following:

Customer Service Skills:
Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner. Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs. Strong customer service focus.

Review and follow up on order reports on a daily basis.

Inventory Management Skills. Purchasing of materials and some inventory control. Attention to detail in the management of inventory levels.

Team Oriented

Experience in a customer service or inside sales role

High school diploma or equivalent

Exception communication skills, both written and verbal

Microsoft Office and AutoCAD programs experience preferred.

Experience or knowledge in Metal Fabrication, Welding, Engineering and Agricultural Environment would be an asset.


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
