About us
We are a busy Japanese and Korean style restaurant that is located on Pembina Highway, Winnipeg Manitoba. We are looking for two experienced Sushi Chef that can help us to provide excellent sushi to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Expertly cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish.
• Preparing various types of sushi dishes, ensure quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety.
• Prepare ingredients, rice, fruits, vegetables, and fishes.
• Communicate with other staff regarding orders and any special requests.
• Keep track of food inventory and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
• Maintaining a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination.

Qualifications:

• 2 years Japanese sushi maker experience
• 1 year of sushi chef experience
• Excellent team worker
• Exceptional customer service skill

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Casual


Salary:
$19.00-$25.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 30 per week
