The opportunity -
The Buyer will report directly to Senior Director of Operations and Integrations.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to contribute to a growth strategy through acquisitions in the beauty and wellness sector.

The Buyer will be involved in establishing the purchasing department, overseeing the entire purchasing process, and ensuring the procurement of high-quality products and equipment for our aesthetic clinics.


In this role, you will facilitate and ensure operational and tactical procurement of goods and services necessary for the smooth operation of our aesthetic clinics across Canada.

You will also work on implementing procurement strategies.


Your primary responsibility will be to implement contracts with our suppliers and execute category strategies to ensure efficient and consistent procurement.

You will also be responsible for monitoring supplier performance and informing operational and finance teams as necessary.

As a Buyer, you will:


  • Source suppliers and negotiate prices;
  • Manage, issue, and revise purchase orders with various suppliers (PO);
  • Enforce commercial and contractual conditions;
  • Track deliveries from suppliers;
  • Respond to supplier inquiries or act as a facilitator;
  • Communicate with the Operations Team regarding project details (budgets, requests, specifications, delivery dates, etc.);
  • Work closely with accounts payable to consolidate invoices and provide supporting documentation;
  • Ensure suppliers produce all required quality documentation;
  • Ensure suppliers submit all required contractual and quality documentation;
  • Negotiate with vendors for compensatory requests and amendments, as needed;
  • Manage material returns with suppliers as needed;
  • Maintain inventories at levels that follow company seasonality and growth;
  • Be the primary point of contact with suppliers for all purchasingrelated matters;
  • Ensure accuracy of products and prices in the system;
  • Work in relation to the Operations team to assess issues and necessary improvements to meet our customers' needs;
  • Organize stock transfers between various points of sale;
  • Prepare reports as required by the department or senior management;
  • Any other related tasks.
  • You have a strong interest in
    purchasing: 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement have provided you with all the skills and knowledge necessary to establish group purchasing processes, maintain optimal inventory levels, and maintain relationships with our suppliers;
